Colored items.

I was wondering how some people have colored item names and custom lores and custom enchantment names and levels. See:

I really never understanded really how to do it too, but I think it was something like "/i <item> name:<name> enchant:<enchant lvl>", I don't know, and also I heard from someone that the command was banned from creative, due to some issues. Ask an admin

To get an item w/ lore and custom name, you need a big command...

You could change the name of the item by putting it in an anvil.

I don't understand that iether. I would look it up on youtube. You can use an anvil but it won't change the colour. Probably a mod is used..
