If i were to win, I'd give the rank to my friend, who asked me to buy a rank for him when I got ELITE, but I was not allowed, so I promised one day I'd give it to them. =)

You can't, (check MuffinLovesAlot's post below for the reason) though if your friend can't post because there's a bug with the forums, tell staff about it because then we can fix the problem

Yes, you are allowed to submit other players builds if they cannot submit the builds himself/herself due to forum issues or anything like.

Actually, if your friend can't submit their own build, they can't enter. If you post something, it will be considered your own entry, no matter who built it, I'm afraid. If they're having trouble posting their entry, they can always let a staff member know, though, and we'll do our best to fix the problem.
