Ella:
[ This is mainly set around the Detectives, but other characters will be questioned. They will also have their own part of nearly every chapter]
Ella is the story of a girl who was murdered. The story will be detectives finding out who the killer was. It doesn't have to be one of the characters made by the Readers. However, It will be very tricky for them to find out who the killer was, As Ella was very popular among the city of which she lived in.
This made people Jealous. It also didn't help that Ella was involved in a gang. Although she didn't mean to be apart of it all, Once she started dating Charlie, She couldn't get out. Of course, She didn't know Charlie was in a gang.

The Runaways:
[ This will be set around the children. However, The scientists will be in flashbacks & have some chapters ]
The Runaways. The Runaways are children, Who are 'Different'. By this, They are special. They have abilities nobody else has [This means if someone has chosen Ice, Nobody else can have the power Ice]. They were taken to the scientists by Parents, Kidnapped by Scientists or Arrested from the streets. Some of them managed to escape. The story is about their journey to a safe place, How they have to stick together and fend from the scientists own creations, 'The wind catchers'. These can hunt down the 'Different' by literally asking the winds.
They control the winds- Funnily enough. They make the 'Different 's' journey quite difficult, as they are trying to find them. Creating storms, Hurricanes, Floods, Any natural disaster you can think off , They can do it.

10 Children, With special powers.

[Adults/Young adults, Aged 20+]
5 Scientists, 3 Guards , 1 Cop.
{ Only scientists needed, Not even all 5 are needed for me to start the Story }

My only question is, if they have abilities, are they able to have multiple?

-Asking this based on the fact that my main OC has multiple-

And if they're only allowed to have one, does it count if their tail is a different living creature with the opposite personality, that has a different ability?
{Basically where the person is wimpy and shy but at times can be very hostile, while the living creature / tail of the person's is very hostile and dangerous, but at times can be peaceful and loving.}

I don’t have a cLuE what your talking bout, just don’t make the character too OP , would be all I have to say. Also , maybe only 3 different powers max? As other people need some too and NOBODY can have the same one.
