Bubble woke with a jolt and the sound of rattling bars.
"Get up B-67, you and your bunch of freaks are ordered to Doctor Hemswick's office," that was the voice of one of the security guards.
B-67 The name Bubble would forever be called in this tormenting hell- better known as SnareCo. It was a horrible scientific lab that tested their experiments on humans. These humans were monitored and observered every day. People in Snare died. Died. Bubble always thought as it as an outrage, but she learned to keep herself under the radar when it comes to making havoc against the place. Besides, it was only a couple of humans. Not like there's 8 billion people on Earth or anything..
Bubble strode out of her cell, guards on either side of her. She turned her head so that she could see a bit behind her. And what do you know, Mae and Erve were not far behind with their guards. Bubble turned her head back around and let out a sigh.
The guard with the lapel labeled "Manchester" opened a beautiful wooden door and dragged Bubble over to a seat in front of a desk. Mae and Erve were dragged in, too, and they looked peeved.
The door was shut and the big chair behind the big desk spun around revealing a tall- clearly annoyed- old man. "You three think you're so clever, don't you?"
No one said anything.
"B-67, HG-48, and-" the old man made a small gasp, "2-K."
Mae looked to the side, pouting. Any mention of her number and letter made her feel horrible. Bubble frowned.
"I know you stole my radio last night... Why?!"
Erve blurted out, he was always the bravest of the group, "You keep us trapped like animals and keep us trapped here our whole lives! We get angsty and need to release it on anyone who deserves it."
Doctor Hemswick pushed up his glasses, "Oh, so I guess I deserve getting my radio stolen, hm? And I guess that means you all deserve no freedom? Or better yet, more testing?-"
He was cut off by Bubble who stood up and yelled, "No!"
Everyone looked at her, the two guards in the back of the room put their hands on the tazers in their belts, ready for any attack.
"We... we're sorry.. Sir. We should've thought before we acted." Bubble looked down, but she knew Doctor Hemswick was looking at her up and down. Evaluating her honesty.
"Fine. But just so you know, I'll have guards watching you closer this week." At that, The doctor turned around and signaled the three out of his office.
This week was going to be tough.
