Can I get my old Forums account deleted?

I've had a forums account since early 2014 (I think) but I've forgotten the username, password and it wouldn't let my mc username update. Is there a way some admin could delete it, (I don't want it anymore because I got a new email too).

He was asking an Admin to delete it for him, so I tagged a few admins to sort it out if an Admin didn't see this thread. Also, I thought tagging staff was allowed if necessary? (Correct me if wrong)
