On murder when there is one person left there is most likely a camper. Id like to make it so people cannot shift when they're the last one. Please fix this intolerable game habbit!

Personally I don't see it as a problem. There is almost always a way to kill them if you're fast enough, even if they have a gun. And the maps are small enough that there's plenty of time to check the whole thing, and find them eventually. Just practice and learn the maps like the back of your pixellated hand 
I think it would be very very hard to survive as the last player if you couldn't shift. Sometimes you gotta stay hidden while you get a gun so you can kill the murderer. It would throw the balance of the game if the last player couldn't shift.

Get rid of the camping spots like the painting room in Office and the roof jump on Italy. Shifting as last player is fine its when u can't get to them its a problem.
