Hey, I would like to know if there is a problem here. Yesterday I had gotten to the coal rank but today I am back to dirt, do you have any idea what happened or how to fix it?

What happened would be someone overtook your rank while you were offline. Murder is quite competitive but in dirt/coal/cobble ranks, you're able to rank up quite quickly so don't worry!
