Creative Buying Plot Merges

While building my plot, i felt like i wanted to make a really huge build of a bunch of merged plots, but then I realized i could only have four max merged plots. So, i came up with the idea of making plot merges buyable in the MCPZ store. There are at least three good things that could come out of this:

• You would make my day
• You would make a bunch of other player's days (because im sure that im not the only one who could use a few extra plot merges)
• MCPZ would earn a lot more money!

Edit:

For people who didn't understand, i meant buying extra plot merges. Right now, E+'s have a max of 4 plot merges. The first 4 plot merges would be free, and you can increase the max merges by buying them at the store.

Another Edit: Like what Nashhii and cat said, maybe this feature could only be for Vip+'s and Elites, and there could be a max amount of plot merges players can buy.

As for the suggestion itself, I think it'd be better to just give higher ranks more plot merging. If it were implemented, then restrictions on how many you could buy would be good.

This sort of thing can be incredibly problematic in a handful of ways. Increasing the merged plot capacity could cause some serious bugs to occur, as odd formations are made.

Say a user gets about eight or so merged plots, and then merges a handful of plots surrounding another plot. This could cause some permissions issues, and some odd and bizarre effects- if there isn't already safeguards for such a thing.

There are few more reasons why I don't think this is a great idea, but that's all I'll be sharing here for now.

Buying plot merges would take the purpose of having the plot merges as a donator perk. If you keep buying plot merges, what's the point of it being a donator perk anyway? I have more reasons, but I think this one points out a major factor if it gets implemented.

Plot merging is a feature given to ranked players VIP+ and above. I personally believe that adding this could possibly ruin the perk for those ranked members who have already paid enough money for their rank(s). Some already complain that they don't get enough ~*exclusive*~ perks.

I also believe that if this suggestion were to be implemented, there would have to be some type of restriction to avoid players from purchasing maybe too many merges. Additionally, I feel like it should be only available to the ranks that have access to merging plots.

I know you have intentions of making the server money and players happy, but I feel like this can do more negative than good. As @jedijoe stated, it could conceivably cause some issues, bugs, and anger some players who don't like the idea of 4 plots surrounding their 1 plot.

Though I'm leaning towards no, I would like to see more opinions on this so, for now, I will be staying neutral.

Seeing popular interest, this would really be cool and an unique addition, but as they've said above it would cause bugs and other unnecessary problems via adding this.
Even if it were to be added, some restrictions I'd like to see would be, elites and above can only buy this perk, there should definitely be a limit to how many plots we can merge to avoid the people who are beside your plot to have a chance to expand too!

I think it would be best to just add the amount of merged plots to elite and elite+ so it would be like
Vip+: 4
Elite: 6
Elite+: 8
Yes there may be inappropriate merges BUT that is what /report and Forums are for.

People would be able to feel more free when building knowing they can always expand their plot!

Those are too many plots to be merged. Leaving 8 plots to be merged would make one very large plot smack-dab right in the middle of every other players plot. That could..

• Intimidate players, seeing such a large plot/build.
• Cause bug issues and lag (as @jedijoe stated)
• Other reasons, which I'd not like to mention at this time.

This would get out of hand eventually, since people would have like 5 X 5 nergye (a totally of 25 plots) or they could surround a plot (like 8 plots with one that isn't theirs in the middle). Its a OK idea but it'll just get crazy

I really like this idea, but if you mean like buying a single extra merge for a plot, then nobody would pay for that. At least, I wouldn't, since it seems like a high price for something so small. It'd be better if it was just a one-time buy thing, kind of like your name in murder. It'd be better if you had to pay around $10 to get unlimited plot merges. (By that, I mean enough plot merges to merge all of your plots together)
