any tips on how to get good at building? i eventually want to get builder rank.

I'm not a builder myself, but I do know that in order to build ( no pun intended) a certain skill, you need to practice along with using & exploring different techniques outside of your comfort-zone with guidance.

It takes time and it isn't easy, but you will get there.
You can also privately contact some of our builders, listed here at the bottom of the page, for some tips!

I’m not the greatest at building either, but with what I’ve learned is that detail is important. Try using blocks you normally wouldn’t put together.

Keep practicing, and try using inspiration, don't copy builds, try to add your own little...pizaz to it!

Take your time! I eventually got good by taking my time, my best skills are interior housing/school design. Anything with buildings. (Not the verb. ahah)

Building tutorials help a lot, if you know someone who's good at building (a friend, etc) ask them to help you out if they're free. Also, be patient with building if you want to build something detailed it'll take a while.
