Building maps for MCPZ?

I've been playing on MCPZ for awhile and I want to (at least try) make maps for the PartyZone network..

Question: Am I "allowed"? Can I make the map all by myself (or with friends), and perhaps get it added?

If I am allowed, how can I DIRECTLY send it to you?

MCPZ currently has a build team if you want to make a build apply for the Solari Build Team.
