Builder Application

So I wanna be a builder but I'm a bit stuck. On the last 2 questions what do they mean by Terrain and Organic?

Terrain is like anything you would find in a natural minecraft world, like hills, forests, deserts etc. Organic is making anything thats 'living' for example a large tree that looks like a real tree (not the ones in minecraft) a dragon is an organic build as well. You should only fill out the parts of the application that you think you are good at. Of course you might be good at everything!
