So my little suggestion is:
So i recently got picked for build battle and i was so happy! but then i crashed and a certain staff member said its ok, and then when i finally got on after like a minute i was told i have been replaced and this was the worst feeling in the whole world, i felt terrible, everyone was laughing and saying lol, the staff member kept messaging me reminding me that i got replaced and i just felt terrible and was close to tears! so whats the point in this?
Well the replacement time is 1 minute/and a half but i think we should extend it to 2/3 minutes because people might lag out then their minecraft doesnt respond and when they're told that they're replaced its just terrible so we really should extend it because it was the worst moment of my PZ Time
