Implemented Build Battle Events

Normally we do have build battles and other creative events on holidays, but, it would be nice to have definite ones. +1

During these we usually have other events going on, for example we did a Christmas murder event, so we don't really need build battles during these holidays as we will usually do special events

Normally players are busy on big holidays example on Christmas and Halloween, so there's no point in hosting a BB if there's not going to be any players, I'm sorry but -1

We already do Build Battles on holidays and they are the theme is often relevant to the holiday. We also do seperate building events on our seasonal livestreams on our Halloween and Christmas extra long and early streams and the 24 hour webcam stream we did on our recent anniversary.
