Brainstorm ideas for PartyZone!

FINALLY SOMEONE HAS MADE A THREAD ABOUT THIS!

PZ dying is a growing issue, and I know that PZ likes to make new, unheard of games, but they should really be making BETTER versions of well-liked games to attract players whilst adding/changing little things to make the games unique and in some cases, better than the original. At the same time, they should be making some of those new, unheard of games that we try to make now to keep any players the other games might attract. Sure this seems like a heck of a lot of work, but I believe PZ could do something like this given time. I have always heard from others that people will not leave their progress in games on another server for the exact same game on a totally different server, but what if we made the games that people 'don't want to leave' better? I know for a fact that if I found a game I liked on one server had better game play on different server, I would try it out. Then again, this is just my opinion.

Maybe a rank could be added that is a downgrade from VIP? I know this has been suggested before, but it could be helpful where money is concerned. 20$ can be quite a lot of money for some people, maybe we could have a rank that could be 10$ or 12$? Accepting donations for the server is a great idea. There could be quite a large benefit to the current players of the server as well. They can rest assured that this server will have a hard time dying and with more players, there is a better chance karaoke and build battles will be back on the old schedule and not just switching off every other week.

I get that you are helping but we are aware of the Suggestion Section. We're just discussing our ideas to attract players in this thread. You could say we're brain storming, not necessarily suggesting. Thank you for helping but I feel telling everyone there's a suggestion section twice in the same thread isn't actually needed.



Anyways, I totally agree with this thread and love NaNatNat's idea.
As for the games, Pz is looking for unique games. I mean why would someone leave a big server that hosts bed wars just to get on a smaller server that also has bed wars? I agree that we should have our own twist to those games.

I like the donation idea for streams. Since more and more players are using the Unofficial discord server the amount of players on the PZ teamspeak has decreased rapidly and they still need to pay for the teamspeak. They could use the money from the streams to do plenty more giveaways and use some of the money for the Teamspeak and network.

The Server has actually had games like SG, Skywars, Factions and Infection. Its just they got broken a lot. But I think with the new improved developers and admins these games could be started up again. Another problem is that the server gets over shadowed by other bigger servers (Which I don't like to talk about). I know getting YouTubers on is in the plans but this needs to be done sooner rather than later.

Anyway Id love to help with something if the server needs me at all, and Id love to set something up for you guys to help the server out.

Youtubers charge a lot of money these days for advertisement

PartyZone won't die; calm yourselves.
I've edited out that from the title so we don't have panicking players!

However we recognize some of your concerns about the network and will take these suggestions into consideration, to make PartyZone more enjoyable and fun for our community.

From what I gathered from this post we want more PvP games and advertising, I'll try to break down the ideas below.

Games such as BedWars, SkyWars, SG and other unoriginal games:
I recommend making a suggestion post together on how we can improve these games to make them better on our network and competitive! (you all want more competitive stuff, figure it out)

Hide n Seek:
This is essentially Freeze Tag unless you're talking about something such as Prop Hunt, in which case make a suggestion thread with how we can make it unique!

Ender (Slender in Minecraft):
This is a cute idea but has already been done elsewhere (not that it's up anymore). I'd be down for implementing it during Halloween though with our own style, to add some spook to PZ. Suggestion thread it up!

Prisons/Factions:
Elite Survival would definitely stay for the ELITEs if we were to add something like this. Make a suggestion thread on what you would like to see in said servers to make them stand out against the other Prison/Faction servers out there and we'll definitely consider it.

Adding Voting:
We'll consider looking into new advertisement methods such as voting in the future (with cool rewards).

"Not enough money":
With new games bringing in new players this isn't an issue, don't worry about it!

These are just my own thoughts and don't represent the admin team as a whole. Feel free to keep the suggestions coming so that we have new ideas to consider at our next meeting.

Throughout today I'll be going through the Suggestions section and doing my best to give responses as we have many pages that have been left sitting there.

I actually had an idea to literally make a hub for RPs - you can still do them in creative, or if not a hub, maybe a widget you can obtain by doing a command in creative that say, gives you a compass. You can do /rpboard (example) that gives you a compass. Inside are players heads (rp owner's heads), if you click on them it takes you to the rp OR sends the owner a teleport request. Also, to put your RP in the /rpboard widget-compass, you do /rp setrpboard [Rp label] - the rp label is what the rp will be labeled as in the compass/widget, (example: Hs, Town, Camp, Powers, etc). If you want to edit that, (example: you now only need boys) you can do /rp rpboardedit [Rp label]
And once you've finished advertising altogether, you do /rp rpboardexit
DONE. BOOM
