I have two questions. 1: Can I post another punishment appeal If I have more evidence for my case, and 2. If i can make another Punishment appeal...how do i put a picture in it?

1. You can only appeal once a month. But yes you can reappeal after 1 month, you can add more evidence then.
2. You can upload the evidence to YouTube/imgur, depending on what evidence you have an paste the links in your appeal.
