General Beta Testing

Hey guys!

I was wondering about the murder beta testing and the logicality of having it being locked for defaults. Every time I am on normal murder, it seems to have a lot of defaults playing so why would beta testing for the new version be locked to them? I don't know if this would be considered more of a suggestion or just a question, but I feel like Beta Murder should be unlocked to defaults.

I'm not trying to say all beta play should be unlocked to default, because I understand that it is considered a perk of VIP. I just feel that since it is the same game as before, just updated, it is a different situation than beta of an entire new game. Though this might be a little late, considering that beta testing may be over for all that I know.

As you mentioned, it's mostly a perk for VIPs and above. With that said, that doesn't mean all beta testing is strictly locked to VIP and above as there will no doubt be instances where we need as many people as we can get to help test. I can't say for certain that this will be happening for Murder v2 testing, but it's definitely not not going to happen in the future.

As far as I know, the only way a default can test is if they are on the PartyZone Testing Team. (which you can get into via Insights) So, I mean there is a way for them to test, but as Noble said; it is a VIP perk. -1 unless somebody can sway my opinion.
