Hey Guys! So I have been wanting to write a story based off of an idea I've had. Of course, I am horrible at creating characters, So, The first 10 people to post a Character under the Role Format I will provide will be included in the story! Heres just an idea about what the story is about before you consider signing up! ^^

2064, This world that we now live in. This world is broken, People taken away for what they cannot change, The government hiding their secrets, The truth. Though, We are forced to live this way even if it means that we are changed. Not allowed to be ourselves. But a group of 12 people, All Different, Yet all the same, Will change the world. Different eye colors, Hair, Style, Anything that isnt normal. Anything that isnt what THEY call normal. Blue, Green, Purple, Even different species, People who are born with unique powers or looks. Thrown to be entertainment. To be a muse. To be experimented on.

Taken away from their family and friends.

Stolen of their life and rights.

Looks: Short, Natural Blue hair, Relatively tall, Standing at 5'11, One Violet Blue eye, The other being completely white, Making her seem like she was blind in that eye. Shabby-ish Style, Ripped short overalls, them being covered in different material patches. Light Purple top underneath, Knee high white socks with Black Convers and a ripped black leather jacket. Thin figure, Quite Tanned. Purple leather gloves.

Personality: Quite Funny when it comes to talking to friends, Stands up to everyone-ish, Talkitive around friends. Though, Getting to know them is hard, Around any other people they close themself off, A serious tone and Mean attitude. But really they are just a big cuddley teddy bear on the inside, Huehue.
Differents: Mainly their looks, Though they can create Illusions and Vines. Wears gloves due to basically everything she touches dying, These gloves also covering her hands Cracking.

Differents: Is a computer person and doesn't trust just anyone.

Basic Backstory: Her grandmother passed away when she was born. Her mother told her that the sweater was her grandmothers favorite. So the sweater wasn't very futuristic since it was back when her grandmother had it. She was bullied for having "bad fashion" since the clothing changed over the years. So she had barely any trust and was always scared people would tease her about the sweater.

Looks: She's tall, standing at around 5'9 - 5'10 with a paler golden tan skin tone. She has dark brown hair, which is down to her waist and light teal on the bottom half. Her eyes are green with white flecks in them, and they are a bit creepy. Clove is slim, with an hourglass shaped body. She wears all black, her usual outfit would be a black tank top covered by a cropped leather jacket, black leggings and black knee high leather boots.
Personality: Clove always comes off as rude, her face being emotionless. She's sarcastic, like, all the time, and she's never happy. The only thing that makes her semi nice is coffee.
Differents: She can control water, and because of this she can control you. She doesn't do this often as she will usually pass out if she does it too much.

Basic Backstory: Due to her always wearing black, she was called goth a lot. She didn't really take this offensively, she just hated being called it as no one knew her name. Eventually, she just stopped caring and attacked someone. She never speaks about this because, well the rumors tell you everything about her, and most of the time they are exaggerated.

Extra: She never had a last name or middle name. On her right forearm she has a tattoo of a snow owl, she never tells anyone why. Mainly because she doesn't know herself.

Looks: Akaia has purple hair and one Grey eye and one Purple eye, she usually wears a black shirt to cover up her scars, and over top of her white shorts is red overalls, she was also born with Wolf Ears and a Wolf Tail, but no one know's why because her parent's didn't have them, she has a purple flower crown and a purple flower stuck to her right side, she has black, and white shoes, grey socks, black earrings and last but not least a black choker.

Personality: Akaia is usually cold, and broken to most people but the few that actually get close to her she's nice to, Akaia will do anything to help others, but nothing for herself... She's depressed, and stressed, and she's feeling blue (DDLC REFERENCE!!)

Difference: Her difference is her eyes, the multicolor eyes I talked about in the beginning of "Looks" and her wolf tail and ears, she also never put's herself in the front of everyone else, because she think's that people are more important than herself.

Basic backstory: Akaia was bullied at school for her eyes, tail, and ears... But she eventually started fighting back, and taking what they said in, every time she thought someone said something rude to someone, she would say "Is this really how you like to spend your life? We all know your nice inside..." then she would punch them One day her parent's moved out without telling her, and left while she was at school, she was left in the cold from that day on...

Looks: Sawyer has jet black hair as a fringe, with the ends dyed royal blue. He has big steel gray eyes and very long eyelashes. He is 5’10 and has a football player build. He has light freckles on his forehead and nose.
Personality: Sawyer is talkative and was always the class clown in school. He was friends with everyone and was always nice to the teachers. He is thoughtful and a natural leader. Brave, courageous, chivalrous. (If you know harry potter, basically the living breathing mascot of Griffindor. ) he is fast thinking and very agile.
Differents: Sawyer can touch your head and feel everything: your emotions, deepest secrets, opinions. He only uses it when he needs to, because when he does, he gets ruthless. He recklessly blackmails whoever he did it to, hence why he is usually the leader. He can communicate with the enemy and blackmail them.

Basic Backstory: He was adopted at the age of 11, before then he was at an orphanage. He was bullied at the orphanage because of his genuine kindness and generosity. That hardened him, so when he was adopted and was very rebellious. He loved his new family, but he was sneaky and did things even when they said no. (His dyed hair, his pierced ears, etc)

Extra: he has 2 tattoos - one of a sketched cross on his wrist, resembling faith, perseverance, and love, (though when people ask he says its because it looks cool) and the other one is the quote “Have the courage to exist” on his ankle. That quote has got him through thick and thin, as well as the person who said it. (Once again, if people was why he has it, he will say because its cool”

Looks: A lot like Pidge Gunderson from voltron, but their glasses are opaque, and well.. has no eyes. I'll explain that in a bit. They're quite short, and wears a shirtless flannel sweater any time possible. Not to mention eXTREMELY PALE like oml dood do you ever go outside-

Personality: Can be stubborn when it comes to things they find important, but is mostly a loner and spends a lot of time either working on tech stuff or doodling. Extremely socially awkward, but is quite intelligent, with an IQ of 165. They seem to have an instinct of empathy towards pretty much everyone. This gets quite exhausting for them, so they prefer to stay alone on their laptop. They tend to get overstimulated quite easily, which leads to a nervous breakdown, more the reason to stay alone. But when they are with people, they are quite sarcastic, and says things how they are.

Differents: The most notable of their differences are their eyes/glasses. They have, well, no eyes. By some weird thingymabob that would take years to write, they managed to get a hold of glasses that (long story behind this one) pretty much merged with their soul, that let them see through it. They also serve as an on-the-go computer. a secret computer. Another thing about the glasses, while they're usually green, change colour based on some stuff. If they flash orange, that means they have an almost uncanny understanding of something. If they're blue, it means intense emotions. ii cant remember the rest.

Basic Backstory: This information would be pretty useless, for Max keeps their mouth shut about it.

Extra: They're a known hacker, but keeps their identity secret. Known by all that heard of them as "Green Gremlin". Usually means good while hacking, but if someone messes with them, they can expect to be brought down on the reputation ladder slowly and painfully. Their computer abilities are almost uncanny, seeming to be doing most of the dirty work just in their head.

Looks: Delilah is 5"0, and has a pear shaped body. She has light brown hair which is wavy, and goes down to her lower back. She is slightly tan, and has very odd eyes(I'll explain). She wears a lavender colored dress, with long sleeves. On the corner of the dress, there's a crescent moon. She wears socks which are the same color as the dress, with white shoes.
Personality: She's a major sweetheart, but she's extremely gullible. She always puts people before herself, even if it means she'll be in danger. She'll try to act tough if someone makes fun of her, but then they really see that she's actually weak. She's oddly intelligent when it comes to puzzle-solving and history.
Differents: Her eyes are the different part. They're white, making her look as if she was blind, and the area around it is cracked, like if she were a broken doll. Her hands are also cracked, and some of her legs.

Basic Backstory: No one knows this, but I'll tell the story. She was born to a family who were scared of her. They never gave her affection, or any kind of love, so she left. After that, she started to look for strangers who'll love her, but weeks went by, and she still had no one. Until one day she found an old woman, who was sad and alone, so she decided to be-friend her. The old woman saw the girl's eyes, and were amazed, so she took her home and took care of her.

Extra: At first, she can seem scared, but once you be-friend her, she's a good person.

Outfit; She has a oversized sunset-colored hoodie with a crescent moon and stars on it, the hood stays up most of the time. she wears a black skirt under that, which doesn't show since the sunset hoodie covers it. She then wears a purple-pink colored sock on one foot, with a pink bow on it, and the other foot has a peach sock with the upper part of it black and a stocking on the same leg.
Personality: Despite her kawaii appearance, she doesn't talk much and often has a mysterious or silent aura to her. She's often quiet and distant, and has a hard time talking to people whom she doesn't know. She has trust issues, and very rarely get's close to someone. She's scared of making friends for the fear of them betraying her. She's cowardly and gets scared easily, but what scares her the most is being around strangers, especially when they're taller than her or just look intimidating to her. When she's around others, she's often seen shivering whenever she's close to someone. She tries to avoid people, but for those people who can get past her layer of fear, she has a much sweeter layer under it. When someone can find a way to gain her trust, she becomes as sweet as honey to them, and will refer to them with the cutest nickname she can come up with, for example 'Jason' would become 'Jayjay' to her. She's the type of person that's scared of everything, but still is determined enough to give her all at something despite being scared, till she is able to do it. Despite her fear of others, she does attempt to talk to others, and tries to open up to them. But the more intimidating the person is, the more scared she'll be of them.
Differents:
Difference 1: She has unusual ears. She has 3 ears on each side, kind of layered on top of each other, at both sides of her head. They're set down when she's calm, and they bolt up when she's not. They move in the direction of sound, no matter how far away it is. Because of this, they move almost all the time, except when she's calm or not scared.

The tail and ears are kind of like a set. They work the same way, but at the same time are different.

Difference 2: She has 3 tails which she can control, these tails can stretch incredibly far. They're all connected at the root, but they split into 3. They're often seen swirled together into 1 tail, but when she's scared, they split into 3 as a defense, and they try to block Cora, feeling threatened. This happens mainly around intimidating people, or new people. The tip of her tails are as sharp as a blade when split, like multiple spikes at the end of the tail. When they're combined to 1 tail, however, the spikes go down, instead of poking out they lay down.

Difference 3: She glitches when she feels scared, threatened, or nervous. She does this around new or intimidating people, though she can control her glitching. When she is glitching it can work as both teleportation and as a distraction. She can make objects glitch to distract someone, like a tree for example. While distracted, she's able to glitch herself and appear next to them, and depend on her combat skills to harm the enemy, and then depend on her speed to teleport away fast.



Basic Backstory: Her and her mother lived happily together, owning a flower shop in a small town. They lived in a cottage, which was located next to a river in a forest nearby the town. At the time, Cora was 6 and always wore a bubblegum pink cloak to cover her tail and ears. The towns people loved listening to her joke, and seeing her smile and laugh. But, once they found out her differences, they turned on her and her mother. She was forced to be separated from her mother by the age of 10, and had to learn to live on her own. She still tries to keep herself happy by thinking her mother is alive, but deep down, she knows her mother is dead and that she's just lying to herself.

What happened to Cora: The people sent her to scientists to experiment on her. She escaped using her stealth and agility, though they're still hunting her down. She made it out with a scar on her middle tail, which is only noticeable when they split into 3 tails. {This scar was caused by a bullet shot that barely missed her tail, she gets into shock when she sees guns because of it}. After that, she went into hiding, and rumors has spread about the ' Mystery of The Missing Glitch'. These rumors spread because people have seen sightings of a glitching person with weird ears and a tail, and she's been getting chased down for years. Nobody could ever seem to catch her, due to her fast glitching and the ability to distract people by making an object like a tree glitch.

What happened to her mother: The people put her mother in a cell, accusing her of being a "Witch", for giving birth to a "Monster". After a few days, they decided what to do with her. They shot her mother, which she found out about recently, giving her a large fear of guns or sounds/things related to them.

Extra: She seems like a mysterious and intimidating person at first, but when you actually approach her, you can easily see that she's the quiet nervous type.


P.S:
She's Australian, and has a very noticeable and strong australian accent. She also likes to hand flower crowns and bracelets out to new people, to try to befriend them, despite being intimidated by them. She does this mainly for rude or mean people, since she thinks they deserve attention, and doesn't think they're bad people on the inside.

P.P.S:
Her glitching depends highly on her stealth, agility, and combat skills. Due to years worth of training, she's good at all of these. But if someone can find her weak spot, which is her past, they can distract her and she will lose focus and mess up because of it. She also uses her tails as her weapons, since they're incredibly sharp when split into 3.

Personality: ambivert, extremely sarcastic, cold to most people, rude, loyal, self-deprecating, pessimistic. if you betray her once, and she realises, you're out of her life, permanently. Tomboy, feminist (the good kind).
Differents: her eyes are brown, her right eye's pupil smudges, grew up in the forest so she can hear when an animal or plant (especially trees) is in pain. Weirdly shaped back, bulges out at the top.

Basic Backstory: she lived in the forest for as long as she can remember, her family was all of nature. She understands human speech , even she doesn't understand how, however. Her best friend was a wolf who died, upon the wolf's death she moved to the city. She doesn't understand all about human civilization but she tries to. She's discovered music and loves five bands, four of which she has shirts of. She is listening to music most of the time.

Extra: doesn't trust many people and would rather not talk to you if she doesn't know you. Some people can get past her walls and become her friend, even fewer can gain her full trust.

Looks: He has messy dark brown hair (that’s short might I add) that fades to a light brown at the tips of his bangs. He stands at 6’5’’ and is skinny, but a little buff lol. He has unnoticeable scars on his arms and chests from various things, as to tripping, getting attacked by a dog (dogs h a t e him), etc.
As for what he wears, he wears just a simple white t-shirt and some edgy ripped pants and has basic running shoes (they’re white).
Not to mention, he has heterochromia (different eye colours), one eye is a deep grey-green and the other is a blue-grey colour.
Personality: Simon will come of as ‘a little rude’ to most people, though he’s very light-hearted and joyful. He’s always quick to try and cheer someone/people up in a depressing mood. Despite being all cheerful, he’s very clumsy and will most likely be caught a bunch of times, he doesn’t think before he says anything, being the one to sometimes say something wrong, and he doesn’t think before he does anything, getting people/himself in trouble. He’s still a little sassy and rude to this day.
Differents: Simon has the qualities of a cat basically, the regular cat ears and a tail. Though, he literally has no control of them. His ears would act like they normally would, they’ll perk up when he’s alerted or surprised, they’ll drop down when he’s angered or upset, etc.

Basic Backstory: Simon was basically spoiled as a kid, he would always get what he wanted and his parents would always praise him (basically abusing Simon in a way), Simon loved it. He was praised at school as well. He usually bullied kids for the fun of it, not showing any remorse or mercy. Until a female from their class did the unthinkable. After that, Simon changed, he moved away and started again, this time, being the cheerful person he is today.

Looks: Melanie Martinez type hair style but different on one side their left side their hair is blue and red mixed. On the other Browne blonde hair. Their eyes are bluey grey and thier face has no makeup and usually covered in dirt, a scar comes from their right cheek towards their neck. Their wears hoodies and leggings , which have holes in, a lot, underneath her hoodie is a top that says: "Roses are read, violets are blue, if I had a rock I'd throw it at you". They have dark grey combat boots and small socks. They also have sun kissed skin that is strange for a person of their standards, they stand around 6'0

Personality: Funny, joker, smart and wise, quick, brave, strong willed. Many say they are like a fox, tricksters and cunning, but in reality they are a wolf, loyal to death, strong, cunning, powerful instincts, a thirst of freedom, intuition and high intelligence. Wolfia uses smiles to hide sadness and depression.

Differents: They can create different realities/illusions and can shape shift, the shape shifting giving them extra strength, speed and agility.

Basic Backstory: Wolfia was born on April 9th 2028 in Oxford Hospital, England, at 11:59 pm, their parents who were drug addicts didn't want a child to look after so immediately sent Wolfia, born as female, to an orphanage at six weeks old. From there Wolfia grew up, they were different from the other boys and girls, they didn't feel female every day. They told the Matron and the Matron told them to ask the internet, so Wolfia did. After weeks of research they found out they were gender fluid, that was the year they had to start school. They were bullied, badly for what they were and that made Wolfia hate themselves, but life carries on. Wolfia was always different from the other kids, they could run faster, had fast reflexes and was way stronger. One day the bullying got bad, really bad, Wolfia couldn't take it they lashed out with every thing they had. The kid was sent to the AR room in the hospital with spinal damage and multiple large wounds, the kid died later on due to them, Wolfia was sent to a courtroom and was judged not guilty but they had to move schools and orphanages. On the day of the incident only Wolfia saw what really happened, Wolfia had claws at the end of their fingers, their teeth had all managed to sharpen themselves. It took a week for Wolfia's fingers and teeth to go back to the way they are normally, and all that time they didn't eat, drink, they starved themselves. The social services saw Wolfia starved and dead like and took them away to Spain to get help. Years past and Wolfia at 18 came back to England fit and healthy, they got a job as a waitress and lived their life.

Looks:Short reddish hair, gray eyes, pale skin with light freckles, small feet and hands, quite short standing only 5'3, a lil bit chubby, always can be seen wearing comfy jeans or sweatpants with some random t-shirt that’s most often covered in ti-dye colors, rainbow braces decorate her teeth, and blue socks covered with sandals that have been colored to resemble a rainbow

Differents: She can bend light to make different colors appear, and also has slight future vision, though she rarely uses either wanting to seem more normal.

Personality: She’s kind, awkward around strangers, obsesses over cute things, sometimes feels slightly depressed, and even though she pretends to be this adorable colorful girl, she so often feels lonely and like the outcast.



Basic backstory: Shes never had a rough life so has taken to listening to other people’s problems, and often wondering what her life would be like if these things ever happened to her. She’s felt like the outcast her whole life, everyone seeming so much more important than her. She feels like everyone needs to be happy in order for her to feel better, but she’s only stressing herself out. Now she’s prone to panic attacks when she feels like people hate her, and is struck with horrible anxiety at times

Extra: She talks super fast, always trying to hide her slight British accent which she finds makes her seem much fancier than she actually is. Can never be seen without a picture of her and he friends in elementary school when they were all clueless, a time she misses so much, it’s often hidden in one of her pockets in her pants.
