Everyone made their way to the class trial.
Monomi came along and managed to get Raven, Alexia, and Luna to awaken fully, and accompany the rest of the class to the trial.
As everybody made their way to the trial, Alteca and Niji went over the suspects and the evidence.
They had no idea what they would uncover once they thought the evidence over in the trial.
Alright then.
I should explain how the Class Trials will work.
Each Character stands in a podium.
The podiums create a circle. Monokuma sits on a throne a metre or so away from the gap between two podiums so he can monitor and listen in.
The students argue between eachother, throwing evidence back and forth to find out who is the Blackened.
Rules:
1. Monokuma cannot give hints.
2. No violence allowed. You will be executed too if you break this rule.
3. Failure to find out who the Blackened is, or voting for a person who is not the Blackened at the end of the trial will result in every person in the Class Trial being executed other than the Blackened. The Blackened will henceforth walk free; they will be returned to the outside world.
4. Correctly identifying the Blackened and voting for them will save everyone except the Blackened. The Blackened will henceforth be the only one executed. The remaining students will be let back on to the Island(s) and not set free.
Minigames:

Nonstop Debate: [POV Niji]
Argue (as a group) using evidence to prove or debunk a claim.
Claims appearing in ORANGE can have evidence used against them to prove them wrong.
Claims appearing in BLUE can have evidence used for them to prove them right.
When a claim in orange/blue has clear evidence to go against it or agree with it, the sound 'BANG' will be heard. This is a Truth Bullet (evidence) being fired.
Rebuttal Showdown: [POV Niji]
Argue (against one person) using evidence to prove of debunk a claim. Usually only used if the person does not believe what is being claimed is true. For example, "Mikan is the murderer" could be argued in a rebuttal showdown as "Mikan would never kill someone".
Hangman's Gambit: [POV Niji]
Trying to think of a certain word or phrase to answer a question with. For example:
Question:
"Where did the actual murder take place?"
Hangman's Gambit Result:
"The Conference Room".
Logic Dive: [POV Niji]
Answering multiple questions. For example:
Q: "How did Nagito get the poison in to his system?"
A: "Through his nose"
Q: "Why did Nagito make it appear he had been tortured?"
A: "To blame someone"
Q: "What was Nagito's goal?"
A: "To weed out the Traitor"
Is that all? I think that's all I need to explain-
ACTUALLY NO! ONE LAST THING!
To make this easier, I've divided the characters up in to colours so I dont have to write "said" with adverbs and actions constantly. If I did it that way, I'd be done writing this part by midnight.

"Alright then. I wanna start this Trial off properly. I wanna know who killed Max, just like any of us - I'm not gonna mess around like the first trial!"

"I was thinking! Y'know, while I was with Whisp and Etsuko, taking care of Raven and Alexia."
[Raven and Alexia laugh nervously, as if "what the hell is going on" is going through their heads]
"There's something that's confusing me, about Max's death, y'know. How he died. I wanna know if it was purposeful, a spur of the moment, of an accident, because at the moment I think it's looking like a spur of the moment death."
"How so?"
"Didn't you see them? They were strapped up. Tied up, isn't it obvious? They coulda been tied up because they didn't know what would happen from there - if Max would survive after being stabbed..."
"Sora,"
"Hm?"
"You wanna know who killed Max just as much as any of us, but right now we can't go off and take a wild guess. We can do that, but only when we know what exactly we're facing; diving in to the motive first is not what we need. First we need the cause of death. We can go from there."
[Sora frowns, and doesn't reply]
"Ok. Now that's settled, I honestly agree with Sora. I don't think whatever happened was purposefully done. All I know is this; Max was murdered. Surely, right? But we can't get to that yet, right, Alteca?"
"Yes. I agree, we need to focus on more background evidence. The smaller evidence could lead us to the larger evidence. That is what we need to focus on right now, as we can focus on the larger evidence for last; the motive, for example."
"Maybe we should focus on the cause of death, then?"
"Glasses-Person had a knife wound, so isn't that how Glasses-Person died?"
"Maybe, but there are other ways Max could have died."
"Like how, exactly?"
[REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN START]
"Did you even see the body!?
It's obvious that they didn't die from just the knife!"
"What are you getting at?"
"Isn't it obvious!?
Max was poisoned!"
[TRUTH BULLET LOADED: MAX'S AND KANNA'S MOTIVE]
BANG!
"No, It's impossible that Max was poisoned. There is evidence all over the body of poisoning; but I believe that's just some make-up lathered all over Max to make it appear they were poisoned."
"So? Do you have evidence of this?"
"...Kanna, can you explain?"
"Huh? Me? Oh.. Why Max wasn't killed by the poisoning?"
"Yeah."
"..Oh! Is it because I'm not dead?"
"Precisely."
"...Because Kanna isn't dead?"
"Yeah. Max and Kanna had their NG-Code Wristbands set with the following motive:
Alexia/Raven cannot be alive two days after the motive is announced.
This means that, if Max was killed by the poison triggered at Midnight, Kanna would have also been found dead - dead by the NG-Code poison."
"Oh.. Now I get it."
"So it's completely impossible?"
"We're assuming it's impossible. It's most likely impossible, as the only way he could have been definitively poisoned was under rare circumstances.."
"Yeah, Yeah. Murder weapon. NEXT."
"Ah, right... What was the murder weapon?"
"Are you dense? Sticking out of someone's stomach isn't usually where a knife is kept!"
"True, true.."
"...Maybe we should go from here by.. questioning the suspects, Niji, will you help me?"
"O-Oh, sure!"
"Alright.. The four suspects we have are Luna, Niji, Myself, and Chiaro."
"Huh!? Me!?"
"You all have significant ties, or were at least close to the victim at their time of death."
"Niji is a suspect?"
"I was the last one to see Max alive last night, so.. It's only reasonable."
"Really? When?"
"About an hour or two before I found him, I think. I met with him at the airport, and.. Well, now that I think it over, he was definitely suspicious."
"Suspicious like.. how?"
"He was making me promise things. He made me promise to protect all of you. Things like that.. It made me think that maybe, Max thought someone was gonna kill them, or maybe because the NG-Poison was gonna go off, so I ran over to Max's cottage to see if they were still OK."
"It's not normal for Max to do that, right? So.. You're saying Max could have known they were gonna be murdered!?"
"Even more so, Max could have known exactly who he was going to be murdered by."
"Damn, if Max was alive right now, Max could told us who killed them.."
"......"

"....Are you really that stupid?"
"...I actually think she's that stupid."
"Nah, she's just a complete idiot.. Pretty hard blow to the head, huh, Luna?"
"H-Hey now!"
"W-Wait! What Gray just said.. Luna! Do you remember who--"

"I don't remember who did it. They did it from behind. All I heard was a huge 'cLONK' and down I went."
"'Clonk'? Do you know what you were hit by?"
"I dunno. I ain't got eyes on the back of my head, as much as I'd want some.."
"But, what I mean is.. Like... Did it feel like something in particular? Blocky? Blunt?"
"I don't really know."
"Ok. Atleast that gets us somewhere." [Sarcastically]
"Technically, doesn't that make Luna more suspicious? It gives us no leads to who could have been there, so Luna could easily be making it up..."
"How the hell could I make up being hit on the head? You saw it yourself!"
"Luna definitely had a head wound; no mistake there. It was not her who did it, at least.."
"So you're completely ruling out Luna?"
"Seriously?"
"Yeah, I mean, she couldn't just tie herself up, right? Sora, Gray, and Alteca saw the knot in Luna's rope first. It would have been impossible for her to untie herself."
"Dammit, this gets us nowhere closer... D-Dammit!"
"Then maybe we should go back to the motive?"
"Like said before, Max and Kanna both had a certain motive; that they would die if I or Alexia was still alive by the dawn of the third day... So, that means someone killed Max so that we could all live."
"Dammit.. But this brings friends nowhere closer.. friends have no evidence.."
"...There's something I wish to go back to."
"Alteca? What is it?"
"The murder weapon was a knife that could be bought at the supermarket."
"B-But.. The friend closest to the supermarket was... Genius-Boy.. and Glasses-Person.."
"W-Wait.. Me..!?"
"Yes. You were the only one close to the supermarket last night - with Max, no less."
"W-Wait.. You've got this all wrong."
"Alteca and I were together, in Etsuko's cottage, right next to Max's... We both have an alibi.."
"Not unless you were working together.. Come on.. I couldn't have killed Max..."
"The evidence is pointing to you right now, Niji. I'm sorry, but.. Unless we can prove otherwise, you're the prime suspect."
