NAME; Whisp {Short for Whisper. She much prefers Whisp over Whisper}
LASTNAME; Willow
AGE; 18 {She's short and has a cute face and cute voice, so people mistake her for a kid quite often.}
PERSONALITY; She's very cute to most if not all people, and so she acts the part. She talks in third-person, and to a person she has a crush on {You can give her a crush if wanted ;p} or a person she likes, she'll call them ' Oniii-chan! ' or ' Senpai-kun! '. She's actually very smart, and can easily solve riddles, and puzzles. She's a curious girl, and quite bubbly. But at the same time she's timid and shy, she stutters a lot, and when around the person she likes or trusts, she will hide behind them {Or their leg} or hold their hand when she's scared. She will also snuggle up with them or cuddle them. She's very loving and she needs attention from her trusted or liked one.
APPEARANCE; My pfp is an example of her. She has short hair with dark blue tips, and dark blue bangs. The rest of her hair is black. She has light grey eyes, this is due to her being half blind. She sees things in light grey, but still she shouldn't be underestimated, as she can easily maker her way around. She has light freckles, and usually has blushing pink cheeks. Her skin in pale, and she usually is wearing black short overalls, and a dark blue and purple striped long-sleeved shirt underneath it. She wears black boots with this, she has a galaxy look going on.
MORNING ROUTINE; After getting ready, she talks to everyone there in search of a person to be her ' Onii-chan ' or ' Senpai ' . When she finds a person, she follows them nearly everywhere, and stays close to them. She also tries her best to get them to like her, but if they're the rude / mean type and dislike her, she may cry if this person pushes her away too much. She's stubborn, so when a person is picked, there is no replacing them.
FAVORITE FOOD; She loves fruits, or anything sweet. If she's sad or crying, to cheer her up give her some candy and she'll make a wide smile.

BACKSTORY; When she was younger, her dad was busy in work and never gived her the love she wanted. Her mom always gave her a disappointed look if she didn't do perfect. If she got an A- in school, her mom didn't talk to her until it was the best grade. She expected the best from Whisp, and all Whisp ever wanted was to be loved or given some attention from anybody. Her dad couldn't even remember her name, nor age. The only time Whisp ever got a slight feeling of affection, was when she got an A+ in school and her mom gave her a pat on the head. She has never been hugged, or anything else. This is why she searches for people to treat as her older siblings, Senpai, or mom. She wants to give herself the chance to have attention, to be loved. So if the person she picks denies or says they don't like or want her, Whisp will indeed start crying, thinking of her parents who though the same thing about Whisp that the person did.
SECRET; She acts so cheerful and happy, but it's just a mask to hide all her pain. The pain she felt growing up unloved, ignored, and forgotten is turning her heart black, and cracking it. Yup Whisp is in! But is it ok if I make her the Super Duper High School Worrywart and make her look out for people and care for them? Of course, her personality will not change nor her appearance, but while looking for the person she wants to be her Senpai she could look out for some people if that's OK.
