My friend was banned for toxicity, but he didn’t send a toxic message to anyone, is there a way he can get unbanned in the forums?!? Because it doesn’t state when the ban will be lifted and it’s his first ban so it shouldn’t be permanent.

There is no direct way to appeal for a forums ban, though they can message a Senior Moderator in game about it.
