Rejected Automatic Lock Request from Non-Owner Players

The suggestions on here can all be quite the same. And I don't know why the person who is not the owner cannot lock the thread as it was rejected and was an archived idea. Meaning there is no use for it.

However, if other players can kindly ask staff members to lock the thread since the suggestion has been rejected, it would make me much more happier.

I've gotten a message once from Dizzeh, stating that I cannot ask to lock a thread unless it is my post.
I believe it is obnoxious to look at a different title with the same exact suggestion!

So, in conclusion, other players should be able to ask moderators to lock a thread if the suggestion has only been suggested by other players.

While this would be nice and have yourself request a lock thread to a thread someone has already talked about, this already gets done by admins and owners.

For example...
I created a Clear Chat suggestion and another one was already made. The first one was rejected, and @Unstitched said "This was already mentioned in another thread." and locked the thread himself. Sorry, but this Isn't required. I disagree.

Not all admins or staff members will notice right away. So sometimes they need a reminder.

You didn't need to be rude (fourth point). This only annoys me because Dizzeh said that I cannot actually lock the thread if it's not my thread.
For your third point, it's the post being the same suggestion, for example:

Party/Private Game Servers (same idea)
Private Murder Gameplays
Private Minigame Lobbies

And their all having the same idea with no improvements.
You even said you'd lock my thread as it has been already suggested and rejected.

I personally don't agree with this because it could lead to it being abused amongst players. It doesn't seem necessary for something like this to be implemented. -1, but I see where you're going with this.

I have alerts on for every new suggestion or bug report post it and check them regularly. If the thread owner decides they have changed their mind about the suggestion then they're welcome to request a lock themselves.

Please note that what others comment on your suggestion shouldn't make you want a lock before an admin or owner comments. We usually have a different opinion than the couple of people who've negatively voted your suggestion for strange reasons.
