Okay, well to start off I must say your drawings are not in a manga style. It's more... Cartoon.
If you're wanting to draw in a manga style, you need to work on head shape, eyes, and the hair for starters. (Look up some tutorials, there's many.)
For bodies it is essential to practice anatomy. It may be hard but it is what you must do. Look up some anatomy drawing exercises. You may also want to practice expressions as well.

I'm kinda going for a manga, anime design. I've just done another, just need to colour it and ill set it as my profile pic, thanks!!

First you get a pencil (Wood and lead). Then you draw line. Then you draw another line. Tada! Art!

YES I HAVE BEEN WAITING MY WHOLE LIFE FOR THIS !!!

First off, for just starting this is decent. Don't worry. Things will always look beginnerish and bad (no offense) in the very beginning. You have to learn to accept this and keep going. You won't expect to be an artist in just a few days, it's essentially impossible. Drawing takes time, and by God, a lot of practice. I believe that to completely master a subject you need 100,000 or 10,000 hours of drawing in all. Normally drawings can consist 2-3 hours depending on what your drawing. I recommend starting up challenges like Inktober or finding Art prompts. Occasionally there are global things that can pop up, be sure to join in.

Listen, art is a pain in the rear, I know this from experience. I've been drawing for over a year now, and I've only recently started drawing humans. Practice, practice, PRACTICE! That's the only way you'll ever get better! I've heard tracing art helps too, but don't completely copy it forever, since that's stealing.

Trust me, my first art was horrible. Don't expect to be an amazing person immediately. It takes time, remember! Don't beat yourself up over it! Just keep going! Google "Draw That Again Memes" and you'll see that people take YEARS to get good.

See, this was sometime in March, one of my first digital drawings.
