apply for helper

There was another post on this that said you could apply once a month. I think based on the posts previously on that thread, @gigosaurus has added that feature by now (correct me if I'm wrong). @WKD said that you could apply once a month.
(If this is the case, though, we have a problem, so I'm not sure. If this feature has been added, I guess the forums just don't like me, because I can't. Hopefully gigosaurus sees this and can silence my stupidity. Or I'm right. Which I hope I'm not.)

As of right now you can only apply for helper once.
