application question

on my builder application it says 2 nos does that mean i am not becoming builder

Did you already submit the application? It may be that your application may not have been acceptable for some reason.

It all depends on who the Nos are from. Some helpers/mods might give their opinion (maybe a yes, maybe a no) but all that matters is what people with a Builder rank (especially Hercrux) say.
