Anyway to create a party?

You cannot create parties on MCPZ, sorry.

Everyone in the "party" could friend the "leader." Then that "leader" could join a game, and everyone can join that game, and everyone would be together.

Or you could use the TS, everyone that you wish to play with could join, and then one of y'all could join a game, announce it in TS, and then the rest of the members would then join the game after him/her.
 
Moved to correct section.

We do not have a /party command, but as Thunder said there are other ways to talk to a group and do the same thing.
