If you are asking if it is allowed for a staff member to give out people's age to others, just from finding it on their application, then no, it is not. Staff should not give out someone else's age unbeknownst to them from seeing it on their application.
However some people are fine with their age being known, and have said it places other that their application, so it depends if they have permission to give that kind of information out.

That's a players personal information. If a player wants it known they'll tell it, but otherwise I doubt it. Staff violate their player's privacy by doing this.

She means that it is not allowed, so yes, staff abuse, you might say.

Basically, yes, that would most likely count as staff abuse.

Aha.. You could never wonder someone who's been so nice, and helpful would do this...
[EDIT] I'm just waiting for this person to answer to see if they actually gave permission.
