Users were awarded the tag for free for logging into the server in the month of June. Whether or not this will be the case next year is currently unknown.
However, for users who have not obtained it yet, it remains purchasable for 250 party points in /tags.
If you do not have the party points to purchase the tag, they may be purchased on the store.
