(For the build submissions) If a player has already received a permanent VIP+ rank (or above) would they receive an even hire rank for submitting a build that gets accepted? Or would they just keep the ranks they have? For instance me, I have a $40 VIP+ rank. Would I then receive an elite rank worth another $40?
