(Related to my previous question) I reported someone but it never told me it was submitted, so I kept on clicking the button but nothing happened. And I couldn't see the report (check my previous question for further details)

Occasionally, when opening the report form to submit a report the site tends to log you out temporarily. This means that any reports you submit will not be linked to your account and because of this bug normally do not even get filed.

Try to open the report link to send your report, then check in the top right corner to see if you've been logged out. If this has happened, log back in again on the form and it should work.
