Murder an actually good suggestion?

murderers get 1 emerald per kill so they can do stuff faster and yea that's it :p
I am having an existential crisis.
Comment down some variants of the idea, and branch off to make this idea flawless, or something like that :I

Unfortunately, I think this would make the murderer a little overpowered. It's already fairly easy to get two knives, but one emerald per kill would make it far easier and make it much harder on the bystanders. Thank younger the suggestion, though - I'll wait and see what some other users think.

Also, what's your existential crisis all about?

Maybe add an upgrade with like the chance to reload your gun faster for this, and have a % chance of getting an emerald upon a kill as the murderer.

- as said above an upgrade that maybe could be called looter I-IV.

- you have to be on top of the body you killed to collect the possible emerald. The main reasons for this is so its logical and not too over powered. If I throw a knife and hit a person I would automatically get a chance for an emerald, but instead after hitting the person you have to be on the person to loot.
 
How about:
When someone dies, the murd has 5 seconds to get to the body for the emerald.
There could be an upgrade that postpones the despawn by a second each upgrade.
 
But typically, when someone dies, the murderer is right next to them. That would oppose the whole idea of "get to the body for the emerald." So basically you are saying for each kill, you would get an emerald if I have not mistaken.
 
Yeah, it's not that hard to get to the body after killing someone. I'd go with Alexlol and Timelord on their suggestion to simply make it an upgrade that gives the murderer a chance of receiving an emerald upon killing someone.
 
the upgrade increases the chance by 2% each time, or maybe 4%. with 20-40 upgrades making a 100% chance. that would compliment a lot of other branches of the suggestion.

100% chance is too much and 20-40 is asking too much.

Instead maybe 50% or 33% chance as seen with other upgrades it is at 50% chance. I put this one a little lower since currently you could have 50% for double emeralds and 50% for receving a emerald after killing someone giving a total of 83% chance to get a extra emerald.

Lastly having a repetative 2% up upgrade is just "repetative". 3 to 7 is a good range depending on the upgrade. Possible starting at 0% the upgrade 1 is to 2%, 5% 10% 20% or 25% (33%?) 50%
 
I don't really like the idea - within 3 kills you can change identities. Doesn't that make the job of a murderer more "lazy"?
 
Seems a little overpowered, all they have to do is slash their sword around and they can instantly get a second knife.

As people are saying, it’s too overpowered, but I do like what Alex said about it being an upgrade and there being a chance of that happening.
