Is it punishable to make bystanders shoot other bystanders when you are murderer By. A) Hiding inside them messing up the HitBoxes. Or B) Dodging and weaving around a Bystander making the Shooter shoot the bystander.

It is not punishable unless the murderer is intentionally trying to get the person with the gun to drop it, so there bystander friend can pick it up and shoot the murderer to win. It may be difficult to get clear evidence of this, but if you do, you may report it!
