The nearest classroom (preferably science), and this is what I would do in each:
Math - Use those heavy math textbooks and calculate the rate at which the zombie's heads will fall off when I hit them
Science - SPRAY ALL THE CHEMICALS LIGHT ALL THE FIRES :D
Language Arts - Topple over the bookshelves as a blockade
History - Use those heavy textbooks and re-enact some smashing battle where I'm the victor
World Language - I'm doomed
Health - Look at all the "control your emotions" posters and think of how useless they are as I am bawling my eyes out and being devoured by zombies
Art - Smack zombies with those big heavy metal rulers
Choir - I would be able to amplify my voice singing the highest, ugliest notes in my range and scare away the zombies
Band - I HAVE THIS HUGE TUBA AND I'M NOT AFRAID TO USE IT
Library - This isn't even a classroom *runs to science*
Computer Lab - Great for contacting others for help, but not so much for defending myself
Gym - I HAVE THIS HUGE BASKETBALL AND I WILL THROW IT AT YOUR FACE AND IT WILL HURT VERY BADLY I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE
Counselor's Office - Such a small room I'm doomed
Main Office - *calls mom in a panic*
Nurse's Office - Fantastic supplies *steals first aid kit* *runs to science*
Drama - I've never been in a drama room what's in there
