Hello. Don't mind my name, but its true. My question is that I'm trying to get onto the server, but it is not letting me and says 'can't connect to server' and I know I have the right address. Do you know how to fix this? Thank you Xx

First, make sure you're typing the IP address correctly ( play.mcpz.net ). Next, try connecting to creative.mcpz.net (and doing /hub if you want to get to other games). If neither of those work, try connecting to a different version of minecraft (there may be some bugs if you are using 1.13, though if this is due to that, please report it here). If that doesn't work, try checking your wifi and/or restarting your router. If none of this works, you can private message me (here) and I can help you further.
