If I have a lot of previous warnings (here and in-game), but are very old and don't reflect how I am now, would they:

a. Count towards a ban (especially for forums, I have a ton of warnings)
b. Affect applying for staff (just wondering, probably won't in December)
c. Have any other negative effects on my account

Your previous warnings, if they are very old, may not count towards a previous infractions ban in-game or on the forum depending on the length of time and severity.

As for applying for staff, the amount of warnings you have and their nature is taken into consideration. However, for things like accidental spamming warnings from a year ago, I wouldn't be too concerned. This would be up to the discretion of the Senior Moderation Team.

Moral of the story: I recommend not breaking the rules and taking warning's to heart so you don't break the rules (if you ever get any) again.
