You should probably improve on your grammar though. And also understand that we acknowledge the fact that there are a few mature children here but most aren't suited to the task of moderating other players and dealing with the kinds of problems that staff normally face.
Like I said before, being younger forces them to get some friends and gain respect in the community here before they go to apply. Most would hit the apply button whenever they'd get the chance (whether knowingly or unknowingly) just for the position and the perks(I'm serious about this one).
So we're keeping it. Maybe until you've developed yourself some more.
The age limit will not be changed , no reason trying honestly. They have a rule set in stone, the more you complain, the less likely it will happen
