Another question , if you have had a certain amount of punishments in a month, or a limit, so lets say about 10 mutes and 15-20 warns, depending on how many punishments u had, do u get banned at the end of each month for an appropriate time due to your previous punishments?

You will be further punished for the amount of punishments you receive. It is not monthly, only the first time you hit the amount but it will get more severe each time. I recommend not getting warnings or punishments for this reason.
