It is possible to be Admin and Hipster because they are separate ranks, one of them is a staff rank (Admin) where as the other one was a limited time rank which was once purchasable, it is also given to staff who have been staff for a long time, the reason gamer has it is because she resigned for some time and was given the hipster rank, but since then has come back which is why she has both the admin and hipster rank.
