So basically a voting system similair like on other servers where if you vote you could recieve party points maybe or somethng or when goodie bags are released Keys to open goodie bags (not to sure on the goodie bag key idea) and this will possibly bring up the pkayer count if people kept voting every day.
Then to get the link to vote in game you could do /vote and then a link will pop up saying how to vote there could also be a announcement thing every so often in game saying "Don't forget to vote for special rewards! /vote blah blah etc"
