Broken Illusions
I see the sky, it’s turning by.
What is it, I think I’m watching.
I think, this might, just be, a weird, clear, illusion.
The illusion...
I watch the sky crumble away.
The clouds, decimate.
The ground is shaking, and so are we.
Take me away, this is a broken illusion.
That’s right, a broken illu-illu-illusion.
Take me from the heart of all,
make me into a paper ball.
Crumble me, it’s a broken illusion.
The sky!
It’s not right!
The ground is still shaking!
That’s right, I said shaking!
It’s shaking!
And so are we!
Hold me close,
for I am scared!
The sky is purple,
getting clearer and clearer.
Wiping away,
my hearts unstable.
Beat, beat, beat, beat, beat.
I count the grass,
I count my hopes,
I count my prayers,
I count my dreams,
I count my age,
I count my money,
I count my courage,
I count my life!
The ground is shaking!

The sky is decimating.
We are scared,
and so are you!
