As it turned out, Meepy was horrible company. She wouldn't stop talking, and whenever we hid she kept moving. "So," I asked her. "What is this information on the murderer you have? I'm simply DYING to know!" She snorted at my pun.
"Well, when I was in a tunnel kind of area two people got killed, and I saw that the murderer had black hair, and was a girl. Then when... when Josh d-" "HOLD UP, JOSH? OOOOH IT WAS A BOY!" I teased.
"Shut up. Anyway, when Josh died I saw that the murderer could actually throw their knife, not just stab people..." She finished.
"Yeah, well people tend to be able to throw knives, idiot." I muttered, snappy because of her telling me to shut up.
We were walking down a underground warehouse, riddled with corpses, when I heard footsteps come from outside it. I dived behind a box, dragging Meepy along with me. However, she bashed her knee on the corner of the box and cried out. "SHHHH!" I hissed, but it was too late. Whoever it was had definitely noticed us. They stepped into the warehouse, curious, and saw us behind the box.
"Hello?" She said, sounding more like a question then a greeting.
"Hi." I snapped.
"Rud-" She started to say, when a knife went flying, landing dead in her heart. She coughed and spat out blood, falling to the floor. Meepy screamed, and I felt myself being punched. I saw a shadowy figure appearing near the body, reaching out for the knife. I gulped. Meepy shouted. This is how it would end. I felt a knife penetrating my head...
and then there was white.
The murderer has killed everyone!
