Basically you have to say 2 words and the first word has to be what the last word of the previous comment was. It can be a word which is usually one bit separated. You can also add/remove -ing, -ed, -s endings.
E.g.
Fat face (it's a shop don't murder me)
Face book
Book shelf
Shelf storage
Storage container
etc. etc.
Let's start: Pillow Case
