If you're referring to the requirement for applying for staff, by being active we require you to have at least 25 forum/trophy points. However, if you are accepted you will be required to be active on the forums on about a weekly basis. The website needs moderating at all times too.

Currently the only use for achievement points are to help unlock murder hats. Certain hats require certain amounts achievement points. 1350 is the max amount of achievement points I believe, without the donation-required points of course.
