i agree, i understand not leashing your dog if it stays near you, but if its not trained, its safer for not only your dog but other peoples pets not to let them roam

update: i called animal control!! they showed up at her house and i watch the whole thing from my window

yes thats understandable, i used to do that with my dog when he was a puppy. but i was always right there with him or knew where he was, she lets her dog go roam the neighborhood. it urkes me

exactly, i like really dont care if people dont leash their dog but only if theyre in a secluded area and there arent other peoples pets around. like if you can train your dog to do that then great thats really cool i wish my dogs could be calm enough to do that but some people obviously dont...

update: threatened to call animal control because its coming onto my front porch and she stilllllll didnt do anything so i am about to personally bring her a leash and give her a tutorial on how to use it since she obviously has no idea!!!!

rant: i am so angry. whenever i dont have time to take my dogs on a walk, i put them on a leash outside so they can do their business. i have trained them to do this. not very difficult. my neighbors do not put their dog on a leash, nor have a fence to contain their dog. it runs around. all...
