It would be like VIPs got the basics (such as adding/removing plate and arm, and changing the height) and VIP+ got the advanced (changing the pose of the armor stand), since Elite and E+ have the same thing but for W/E

I think it is to prevent from copying staff's signatures and signs with commands. (mostly because of signs with command because you can't copy a command block either)

Since that Elites have everything from VIPs why you want this to be implement for Elites ? It would be nicer if the VIPs/VIPs+ will get a new feature. Plus, every rank should be balanced and we shouldn't just prioritize a rank.
