The only problem I can think of is that people could be targeted with their tags. Obviously bigots are still around. Someone could attack someone with the transgender (just an example) tag for being said gender/sexuality.

Reload speeds are okay for me, when I was playing Beta Murder with a few people I always got murderer (bleh) and I won pretty much every round. The people were saying that guns actually reloaded too slow, so unless they changed between now and the time I played, I think it's fine.
