The problem is the fact that the target audience is so young. we need to make more mature games and ease off the moderation to allow adults to have fun. If we do that, adults will want to moderate. Bam, problem solved.
"Dizzeh said: One minute y'all be like lower the application age and the next you're talking about how staff are too young"
Players all have different views on the monstrosity that is the moderation system. I have a negative view on it, some people want more leeway to what I want gone.
I don't doubt that staff slip up at times, we all do it, we're human. Those sorts of issues need to be brought forth to a senior mod or the staff manager if you feel the senior mods aren't doing their jobs properly either. You seem to only be looking at the instances where they make mistakes, which are very few in comparison to what normally occurs
But all the so-called "mistakes" are happening via A: Kids that put on that "Maturity Mask". B: Moderators that need to be trained better. and C: Moody teenagers. All of these three things can be stopped by opening up the server to adults and put the application requirement higher. Along with TRAINING the freaking mods that need it.
Reading all of this changes my point of view on staff as a whole. There have been staff in the past that have pretended to be nice (won’t be naming who) I could be wrong but I mean look at the staff and really break down what is happening for a moment
They aren't doing adult jobs because it's not an adult server, it was made for young teens, if you have an issue with that you may want to talk to Kirstree or Gigosaurus about that
I'll say this, there are two sides to the staff team.
The ones who are mature and stay mature
Or
The ones who were mature for a day and really are immature.
Some ex-staff who are attrocious and immature, and especially selfish have re-applied and, not naming names, a couple i dont particually like are still in the team and its frustrating.
Its as if no matter how many mistakes staff can make, its either our faults or its brushed aside. The ex-staff smell of sweaty socks, btw. Only some tho.
Bryce if you have an issue with it, go talk to the Staff Manager about it; the person who deals with and can change these sorts of issues, instead of y'all complaining about how everything is bad
