If a player is breaking any chat-based rules or have inappropriate skins/builds, take screenshots and upload them to any image uploading website. For any visual based rule breaks, such as hacking or teaming, it is essential to record these usually.
For any plot-based rule breaks, usually grief, use the " /reportgrief here " command, which will alert someone to a grief and they can fix it.
-- [ Hackers ] --
Hacks are a common tool used by players to cheat the game and play unfairly. Anything giving a player an unfair advantage by use of previously unobtainable means is regarded as hacks. Clients downloaded to a player will let them do things such as; flying, sprinting as an innocent bystander (Murder), rapid deletion of blocks at an unusual speed (Creative), spin in circles but walk with no visual signs of moving at all, such as spinning your mouse around and looking 'crazy' yet still moving as if they are walking normally, their head in their body, auto shift (players shift but move at a regular place), aimbot (usually signaled by the player's head / body snapping around to face players) and many, many more.
If you feel someone is using hacks, immediately report them. Use a free recording software such as bandicam to record hacks, though sometimes screenshots can work well. Websites you can use are imgur, dropbox, or gyazo.
Some mods are allowed, however, so consult a staff member to see which ones are allowed or not.
-- [ Murder Rule Breaks ] --
Murder is one of the most popular games on PZ, though there are countless times to cheat. Examples of this are;
• Exploiting the maps to get to unfair spots, usually Temple.
• Players swearing / breaking chat rules during the game.
• Hacking
• Spamming rank in Lobby
Whenever reporting a player for rules broken during the match, such as when you have identities, make sure to get a clear photo of the player's disguised username. Then take a picture of the identities list at the end of round and you'll be able to match the two together and prove who it was.
-- ] Creative Rule Breaks [ --
• Banners and Heads must not exceed the limit of 50.
- This causes lag for some players!
• (Active) Beacons and End Portals must not exceed the limit of 10.
- Both cause lag and issues with some players!
• Griefing
- If you are on someone else's plot, do not destroy what they build without permission! They trusted you enough to add you, so don't make them regret it!
• Trapping players
- Trapping players in things such as portals where they cannot get out is just kind of unfair. Be respectful and don't trap them!
• RP's
- Keep your RP's clean. Make sure your RP name is appropriate and is not discriminating against others or harassing others.
• Builds
- Don't build anything inappropriate - watch what you build.
