Some many questions. (about forum, again)

1. How do i report a person that has a signature against the rules?
I do see a report button but i think that one was for report the message, not signature.
saw a weird one (real life persons) but its not really breaking the rules..
(Not to mention there's too many signature over 8 lines of text)

2. How do i private messages again?
Do i have to make a conversation just for that? (Was going to pm about their signatures)

3. How off-topic can off-topic section go?
for example I'm making a thread "greninja is too op, pls nerf"
or "Sonic looks like a dog in smash U" is that too off-topic?

4. Am I spamming too much replies?
I've been replying a lot of thread recently, (the replies are not against the rules but)
Does that make me uhhh I don't know what.

5. Is it okay to tag staff?
I understand they're busy. if not, is there a limit to tagging staff?

6. "How r00d* can i go?"
I'm about to make a little (well, too much) r00d theory about some person that does something,
but I'm not sure because its too r00d. not about the creative plot mystery

Okay so I'm not staff but I can try and answer as best as I can:
1) you could probably PM a staff member about it or otherwise use the report button with the message "user has signature against the rules
2) click the letter in the top right corner of the forums (http://imgur.com/YW0OeRW) and then click "start a new conversation"
3) although off topic is off topic, you do want to make sure you are creating threads which other users will enjoy reading / find useful.
4) Spamming replies isn't against the rules (as long as they follow the rules, as far as I know), but again, if it doesn't benefit the thread, don't post it I guess .
5) staff mostly see threads anyway. Unless it's a really urgent matter, I wouldn't because I guess it could be seen as annoying or spam, even if it isn't technically against the rules I believe
6) just don't be rude at all. It isn't worth it, and if you're at the receiving end of the rudeness it can really hurt, even if you didn't intend it to.

Spamming replies isn't against the rules (as long as they follow the rules, as far as I know), but again, if it doesn't benefit the thread, don't post it I guess.

Yeah that's what i thought, i saw many parties reply something like "what"
and feel like just wanna reply them and say "thats spamming" but that'll make me ended up like them XD

6) just don't be rude at all. It isn't worth it, and if you're at the receiving end of the rudeness it can really hurt, even if you didn't intend it to.

About question 6, I was gonna ask "can i make a thread that has this theory that (kinda) accuses this person?"
so yeah, its not that kind of rude.

1) a conversation is definitely a PM yeah
2) I wouldn't accuse anyone of things unless you have proof, or unless the person you are accusing allows you to make the thread. Even if, according to the rules, you technically could (which I'm pretty sure you can't anyway), being on the receiving end of accusations isn't fun, and it can backfire if you accidentally make a false accusation
No idea whether you can bump an AMA or not tbh

1. I believe you can go to the user's profile and report it, and it would probably tag for the signature, or contact staff asking about it.

2. Click the mail button and hit "Start New Conversation". Conversation = PM.

3. Probably not, off topic for a reason. Unless said thread has an actual topic you can go off topic.

4. As long as you don't necropost or multipost you're fine.

5. Perfectly acceptable, but don't tag them without a reason I'd say.

6. You're no supposed to be rude or target others, or flame if this is the case. I'd recommend being a bit nerfed about how you write said post.

I completely understand that "nerf". I've seen too much unbalanced stuff XD
