I applied for helper some time ago, but when I went back on the applications to check, it said ERROR you do not have permission to perform this action or view this page, does this mean I didn't get it?

No, I had the same exact problem you can't view the thread & you cannot post two threads for helper. Hope this helped post on my profile page if need more help I would be glad to help

Like stated above, you cannot view your application after it is created. Don't worry though, you 'll get an official response later.

Yes, she does. You were probably looking at how many likes she has received.
And they're both right. You will get an official response from an administrator once they check it. They will be busy with lots of things, so don't expect it to be a short time.
If you check your applications tab and on apply for helper, it should display for declined or accepted application. You can only apply again if a staff member thinks you are ready to re-apply again. But please, don't ask them multiple times "Am i fit for staff??" or "Am I good to apply for staff????" because it shows that you are not ready.
