As a donor you have as many as you want! Non-donors will receive up to 25 friends.

Now that we've added our new /friends system, it's about time to inform you of all of it's amazing features. The /friends system allows you to invite other players to be your pal. The advantages of befriending someone are: being able to join their game with /friend join, seeing when they come online, and more!

what is friends for??
does it give you a notice when they are online? if not i think it should
Having someone added as a friend lets you know when they log on and leave the server, allows you to join the game they're in, if they're offline to see how long they have been offline, along with some other features

Also, visual proof that I have less friends both online and offline. Conglaturations to me! This is probably why I always play single-player games! Exclamation marks!
What would you like help with? When you first join, right click the compass in our hotbar to choose a game. From there, you can choose Creative (Creative building on plots, role plays), Murder (one murderer targets everyone while trying to avoid people with guns), Downgrade (You start with a good weapon and every kill you get makes your weapon worse until you get 15 kills and win), or Skywars (choose a kit and build to the chests to get items and kill others). Message me on the forums if you need further explanations!
For some reason /friend list doesn't work all the time in Creative. When I do it a second time or more, it eventually works.

That's because the command is /friends list not /friend list. It has worked just fine for me, in Lobby, Murder, and Creative.

Nope. You can have an infinite amount of friends. I currently have 4 pages worth, and you can have an infinite amount. So, have fun befriending everyone!
